[ PARENT’S MEETING ] MEETING MINUTES

Agenda items

1. History, Geography, and Mandarin Subjects are added as Optional Additional Subjects.
Students interested in enrolling in Sejarah, Geography, or Mandarin classes may do so by
adding on to their registration form or whatsapp to our admin at 0102401434.

2. Mandarin Classes Are Available to Students of All Levels and Ages.The new batch will be
starting from this week .

3. Students and Parents: A Brief Overview of the Arena Matriks Telegram Group. The
Telegram Group link and access to it will be attached at the earliest.The students could
discuss the homework and questions with our teachers as well.

4. Exams will be administered to all students. Tentatively, in the last week of July.

5. Revision classes will be taken by all the teachers prior to the Examination.

6. Financial aid and grocery assistance for students who are experiencing financial difficulties.

7. Parents are encouraged to contribute in Donation Drive and individuals interested in donating
can contact the administrator. Contributions of any amount are accepted for the contribution
drive.

8. Monthly tuition fees should be paid by the Tenth of the each month. Due date is 10Th .

9. Registration should be done on a monthly basis, even if they have registered previously.To
be an active Student in order to join all the classes, the students have to register themselves.

10. In the near future, Bengkel and Techniques for answering and Other Programs will be
introduced.
11. As far as the Examination is concerned , Students will be evaluated on the chapters covered
thus far.

12. The examination will be conducted via Google Classroom, and a link will be issued and sent
to students 30 minutes prior to the commencement of the examination.
