“ONLINE MEDLEY”- The Inter School Aquatic Meet
Category – B

A very gracious morning everyone. On behalf of our

respected Principal Dr. Renu Sehgal, members of the
staff and students, we extend a very warm welcome to
our honorable judges and enthusiastic participants from
various schools.

Today were gathered here virtually for the online medley

the inter school aquatic comp for classes 3 4 and 5.
For the event touch pad: reach for the wall.

We are honored to have with us Mrs. Ketki Athavale,

Mrs. Ketki Athavale is an architect by profession. She has

completed few interiors of houses in pune as well as taken
architecture projects in the army. She has also taught in an
architecture college in pune. She also keeps interest in fabric
painting and madhubani art painting on paper.

As you are all aware that in this competition
“ Touch pad reach the wall” which is being held for the
students of grade 3-5 the students were supposed to
make a poster on any one of the following topics, the
topics were:

1. In the pool, life is cool, swimmers rule

2. Real athletes swim – the rest just play game.
3. Its not a real day if you have not watched the sunrise from
the pool.
4. The earth is 75% water I only need one lane to beat you.
5. Not all athletes wear shoes.

I will now make you all aware of the rules: -

1. There will be three participants per team from each

school.
2. The time limit for the poster presentation is maximum 2
minutes but as it is an online platform and we do
understand that there can be several technical glitches, so
in that case we can accept 30-40 seconds more based on
the judges discretion.
3. The poster should be strictly based on the themes given
below.
4. Students should choose any one theme from the given 5
themes.
5. The poster should be in JPEG or PDF form only.
 6. The team should comprise of the student who has made
the poster, the one who will be presenting the poster, and
the one who is providing the technical help.
7. The team should be able to screen share on the zoom id of
the host for the presentation.
8. Judgment criteria will be on the basis of organization and
visual quality of the presentation, relevance to the theme,
originality of the work and clarity of presentation.
