PURPOSE
The purpose of this assignment is to enhance learners’ ability to explain how the
environmental factors influence the industrial relations in an organisation.

REQUIREMENT
Explain how the environmental factors positively influence the industrial relations in an
organisation of your choice. Suggest ways to nurture the positive influence of the
environmental factors in the selected organisation.

TUJUAN
Tujuan tugasan ini adalah untuk membina keupayaan pelajar untuk menerangkan
bagaimana faktor-faktor persekitaran mempengaruhi perhubungan perindustrian dalam
sesebuah organisasi.
