RESULTS AND DISCUSSION

In this chapter, presents and discusses the results, analysis and

interpretations of the study, which was to develop an alternative product from

blue ternate flower as a source of antioxidants and vitamins. The results and

interpretations are presented with corresponding tables to give clarity and

specificity on the analysis of the data.

 Table No. 1 shows how many people has respond to a certain scale for
each question mentioned above. The data gathered via this questionnaire
was used to identify the average weighted mean in all scales namely, strongly
agree, agree, neutral, disagree and strongly disagree.

Table No. 2 shows the average weighted mean for the respondent’s
answers in each question regarding the overall approval for the product with
the scales, excellent, very good, good, fair and poor.

Table No. 3 revealed the increasing and decreasing statistics in terms of

the products flavor.

Table No. 4 shows the increasing and decreasing statistics in terms of the
approval of the product as an alternative herbal medicine.

Table No. 5 exhibits the increasing and decreasing statistics for the
approval of the health benefits that will be taken out from the product.

Table No. 6 shows the statistics of how the product is approved by the
respondents, an overall approval.
