Executive summary:

For many people, finding a fresh apple is not easy. Grocery stores that sell

organic fresh fruits, vegetables, and healthy food cannot be found easily. Abundance of

convenient stores and fast food restaurants that sell cheap, high-fat, high-sugar and

processed food are spread everywhere. Moreover, contaminated food that is considered

as a major problem in the country, makes the need for a healthy and fresh food. Sihhi

W Tabiei is a business located in Saida. The store is an upscale of healthy food with an

unmistakable menu that incorporates true, elusive fixings from around the nation. The

gourmet and specialty food market are booming across the country. Consumers are

looking for quality food coupled with a quality shopping experience. Healthy eating

includes consuming high-quality proteins, carbohydrates, heart-healthy fats, vitamins,

minerals and water in the foods you take in while minimizing processed foods,

saturated fats and alcohol. Sihhi W Tabiei provides customers with a combination of

“shopping local” and wide gourmet selection.

Introduction

Sihhi W Tabiei is a fresh and healthy shop that has a presence on the internet

through Facebook. As a group of MUBS students, we visited the owner and had an

interview with her. We discussed the reason behind creating this business, challenges

and needs. Mrs. Mrouweh claimed that her customers are classified into two groups,

the first are the ones who needed specific diets for medical reasons while others were

looking for healthy diet to stay fit and healthy.

Literature Review

Purchase of products, services or other financial transactions where the

interactive mechanism is facilitated by information or digital technology at both sites,

which are all separate, ends of the trade [ CITATION Kni07 \l 1033 ]. The advent of e-

commerce as a modern platform for the exchange of goods and services was met with

great enthusiasm. Marketing and media hyperbole announced the arrival of a

transparent market offering greater competition, lower rates, good quality details and

more comfort for the engaged user. Likewise, electronic retailers (e-tailers) are looking

for increased grasping. Efficiency, unprecedented customer information, reduced labor

costs and efficiency methods of 'cherry harvesting' are the most profitable of the

customers [ CITATION Bur03 \l 1033 ].

Mission:

The whole creations of our store are to satisfy you. We create exciting fresh and

healthy food. We struggle to possess you to the best of our ability, and we remain

dedicated to you, your tastes and your time. This is how Sihhi W Tabiei runs on.

Objective:

Sihhi W Tabiei was established at the beginning of 2019 for creating healthy

and fresh food. The idea sparkled when Mona Mrouweh struggled to find fresh and

healthy food for her aged parents who needed a specific diet. Her goal is to create a

service-based business that exceeds customer’s expectations and increase the number

of clients by 30% every year, through superior performance and word-of-mouth

referrals. Sihhi W Tabiei offers a variety of high-quality food with a good theme, at a

fair price in a clean, authentic and comfortable environment. In our meeting, we

promoted our idea to create a website and online store for her business. Creating an

online store will boost her business and increase sales faster. She will be able to reach

further customers and widen her business. Although she has many followers on her

official page on Facebook, but this won’t be enough if she wants to enlarge her

business. Plus, creating an online store will make it easier for customers and

especially in the pandemic of coronavirus now, when they are able to order anything

they want online. Customers could pay using several methods of online payments, or

they can pay cash. All these advantages will make the business more professional and

will satisfy both the customers and the owner herself.

Market Analysis:

The preservation of fresh food is difficult, so the problems of food safety and

the waste of it are very serious. The development of Fresh food online shop will

contribute to solve the problem. Based on describing the concept, scope and

development status of fresh food, price transparency, food quality changes, fresh food

cold chain logistics improvement and goods consumption evaluation. The relevant

suggestions could promote the rapid and healthy development of the fresh food online

shops. The development advantage and disadvantage of fresh food online shop is

analyzed by SWOT method.

SWOT Analysis for an online store:

Strength:

 Customer loyalty and the satisfaction consumers derive from their local store.

 Quality and variety of products that SihhiwTabiei offers.

Weaknesses:

 Security and fraud - the growth of online retail market has attracted the attention

of sophisticated criminal elements. The reputation of your business could be

fatally damaged if you don’t invest in the latest security systems to protect your

website and transaction processes. See e-commerce pitfalls - security

weaknesses.

 Website costs - planning, designing, creating, hosting, securing and maintaining

a professional e-commerce website isn’t cheap, especially if you expect large

and growing sales volumes.

Opportunities:

 Changing pricing strategy which may attract price sensitive customers.

 Customer intelligence - ability to use online marketing tools to target new

customers and website analysis tools to gain insight into your customers’ needs.

 Innovation in Supply Chain Technology.

Threats:

 Low priced competitors

 Weak economy affects the sales tremendously

 Intense competitions from the existing competitors

Strategy and Implementation:

Know how to develop a successful digital strategy in order to take advantage of

new digital technologies for making new competitive opportunities in the physical

channel.

Taking advantage of new digital channels to generate growth, new businesses,

greater market value and greater connection with customers, and all from a multi-

channel perspective (to meet all expectations of current and future generations of

clients).

Putting up a website, small businesses can put popular social networking sites to

work as a marketing strategy. Websites like Instagram and Facebook can be invaluable

for describing existing products, introducing new products, offering promotions and

announcing sales. YouTube, the video website, can be effective for companies with a

product that requires a demonstration or for a manufacturing plant tour.

Marketing Strategy:

Market objective is to reach our existing customers and to expend our market

share by reaching new potential customers in Saida and the surrounding area. To obtain

this, we will launch a marketing campaign on several social media platforms using

targeted popups and notifications in addition to some important billboards in the area.

This will help us reach every possible customer in the area and will enlarge our

customers database. It will also help broadcast promotions and campaigns.

Advantages of online retail

Easy access to market - in many ways the access to market for entrepreneurs has

never been easier. Online marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon allow anyone to set

up a simple online shop and sell products within minutes. See selling through online

marketplaces.

Reduced overheads - selling online can remove the need for expensive retail

premises and customer-facing staff, allowing you to invest in better marketing and

customer experience on your e-commerce site.

Potential for rapid growth - selling on the internet means traditional constraints

to retail growth - e.g. finding and paying for larger - are not major factors. With a good

digital marketing strategy and a plan, a scale up order fulfilment systems, you can

respond and boost growing sales.

Widen your market - one major advantage over premises-based retailers is the

ability expand your market beyond local customers very quickly. You may discover a

strong demand for your products in other countries which you can respond to by

targeted marketing, offering your website in a different language, or perhaps partnering

with an overseas company.

Greatest opportunities and objectives of healthy food chain in the new retail era,

basically the opinion of the greatest retail executives at global level.

Website Panning and Design

Although when you visit Sihhi W Tabiei you will see a nice and trendy shop,

but unfortunately, they didn’t implement their own website, however they have are

present on Facebook. From this point, we met Mrs. Mona Mrouweh, who is the owner

of Sihhi W Tabiei. We introduced her to the concept of e-commerce and how she can

benefit from this technology to boost her sales. After deep discussion, we succeeded in

convincing Mrs. Mrouweh to build her new website that will include an online shop.

We promoted an interactive, friendly use and colorful design that will help customers

enjoy their tour while doing their online shopping. Moreover, customers will be able to

identify and view additional details about their items.

We created a simple and friendly use website. It has a multipage structure.

Homepage: this will be the first page that will appear when you visit

www.sihhiwtabiei.com

Store page: here you to select your items and add them to your basket to checkout

when you finish all your tour in the e-store.

The items in the store are listed in a grid model and classified by type.

You select your item, and place your order, this will add the item to the basket

In the next page, the customer should enter his info and his delivery address.

Finally, he completes his purchase online and receives a confirmation e-mail and

another e-mail will be sent to the shop to processes the order and proceed with the

delivery procedure.

We also included an about page where we stated the mission for Sihhi W Tabiei

Finally, we added a contact page where the visitor can find the location of the shop on

google maps, the telephone number and the customer can send a message and write his

And we also included a links for Sihhi W Tabiei social media accounts.

As the website implementation analysis shows, a total cost of L.L 1,290,000 should be

allocated for building and publishing an online store. However, Sihhi W Tabiei will

follow the new trend to be one of the few shops who have their own online stores and

who offer such products in Saida and the area, thus having an edge over other

competitors will add profit that will be realized.

Conclusion:

As the use of the internet is increasing, so is online shopping, consumers can

shop at any time and have access to products that cannot be found in their geographical

area. In addition, customers are now able to access the internet not only from their

personal computers, but also from advanced electronic devices such as tablets and

mobile phones. Furthermore, due to faster internet connections, lower costs and

increased consumer competence, e-commerce activities will continue to grow. People

are becoming more demanding for easy access lifestyle; thus e-business can be the

solution to all this. As a result, creating an online store can boost the sales for brick and

mortar retailers.
