Title of Activity: Weekly Activities of Grade 4 Maalaga

Objective: Inform pupils and parents about the different activities for one week

Participants: Grade 4 Maalaga pupils and parents

Proceedings:

● Since the distribution of Modules is cancelled due to increasing number of cases, we we’re
advised to have different activities for the week and to send the copy of modules in our gc,
Grade 4 Maalaga was no different which conducted Online kamustahan, and Online Vitual
Parent’s Meeting. Although 100% of attendance cannot be accomplished due to work
schedules of parents, we made sure that the info’s are dessminated through the class’ group
chat. The agenda of the Virtual Meeting with Parent’s are as follows: Flow of lesson for the
week, School’s Early Registration, Class Standing, School Program, and parents are also given
time for suggestions and comments. In the end, it was a successful meeting.

● We have conducted and Online Kamustahan with students as well to introduce them with the
new lesson and ask them their difficulties concerning last week’s module. We have sent
different videos in our student’s GC to help them with the current lessons.

always try to maintain constant communication with Parents and Students to help them cope in
our current situation.
