    Process :Conducting safety meetings
    Scope : Includes the process quality of conducting safety meetings related to
    environmental aspect and Occupational Health and Safety risk.

    Description of activities Responsibility
    1. Make a Safety Committee for two years consisting Safety Officer
    diff.dept. Members
    2. Prepare a format for noting minutes of Safety meeting
    3. Conduct safety meeting in last Friday of a month
    4. Discuss and review all the safety related matters of the
    plant
    5. Take necessary actions to avoid unsafe activities in the
    plant
    6. Send copies of safety meeting to committee members for
    reference and necessary actions after every safety meeting
    7. Keep record of Safety Committee Meetings.
