    1. All boiler blow downs are collected in blow down tank Chemist
    2. Pump the water to guard pond
    3. Circulate the guard pond water with the help of pump to
    homogenize it.
    4. Check the parameters of guard pond before pumping the
    water.

    Environmental Controls: Ensure that all the values are within limits to avoid
    water pollution.
    Health & Safety Controls: Ensure the use of PPEs like Helmet, Gloves, Safety
    shoes, masks etc.
    Ensure skilled manpower.
