surrounding communities. NSFI as Incubator for rural trades provides requisite support services to

development, iii) Institutional Development Services & iv) Business Incubation to a range of training

The training and capacity building industry has adapted quickly to current changes. IT industry has
come up with real solutions through which imparting training remotely has become smooth. But
still, there is too much work required to improve the skills and capacities of facilitators and trainers
to equip themselves with the changing environment and deliver their best through the various
online mechanism.
It observed that online class are the most predominant source of interaction. We also agree that
online class facilitation is different from physical classroom facilitation. So, we are planing to
organize the practical oriented workshop for our facilitator on online facilitation.
