WEEKLY REPORT OF MY BUSINESS

BUSINESS TITLE: “ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE AND A BOTTLE OF COFFEE JELLY”
ENTREPRENEUR: RONALYN A. BARROGO (BSOA AFTERNOON)

On the first week of my small business, I might say that it turns out well though I
still need to be careful on the ingredients as well as while making it. With a total capital
of 600 pesos, I was able to do a 35 bottles of coffee jelly, I sell it for 30 pesos per bottle
and it got sold out after 3 days, I had an income of 1 050 pesos minus the capital of
600 pesos, my total revenue is 450 pesos. There are times that it’s so hard to sell some
but with the help of advertisement I posted on my social media account, I sell them
easily.

Capital: ₱600.00
Total Income: ₱1050.00
Revenue: ₱450.00

For the second week of my business, I only did a 10 bottles of it because of the
weather I haven’t sold much but in my surprise, the 10 bottles got sold out in just 2
days, they are very satisfied on the taste of my coffee jelly that they like it so much plus
the good service that I offered which is the free delivery within my area. Even though I
only did a little amount of coffee jelly bottles, I’m glad that it got sold out. With the total
capital of 200 pesos, I got a total income of 300 pesos so the total revenue I had for the
2nd day was 100 pesos.

Capital: ₱200.00
Total income: ₱300.00
Revenue: ₱100.00

And now is the 3rd week of my business, I decided to just make 25 bottles of
coffee jelly just to be sure that it will sold out in 3 days because I discovered that my
coffee jelly lasts only in 3 days because of the condensed and cream on it so I need to
just make a specific amounts of bottle to make sure that there will be nothing left in the
given days. With the capital of 500 pesos, I was able to make a 25 bottles and the total
income I had is 750 pesos minus the capital of 500, I got total revenue of 250 pesos.

Capital: ₱500.00
Total income: ₱750.00
Revenue: ₱250.00
For the 4th week of my business, I made a total of 20 bottles, on the first day, I’m
having a hard time selling it, maybe because I am the only one selling, making and
delivering it and I don’t have any anyone who could help me but despite of that small
problem, I was able to passed it and my product got sold out again. With the total capital
of 450 pesos I was able to get 600 pesos as my total income so the total revenue I had
minus the capital was 150 pesos. Good enough for my daily expenses.

Capital: ₱450.00
Total income: ₱600.00
Revenue: ₱150.00

The total income I got in 4 weeks was 2 700 pesos and the total capital I spent all
in 4 weeks was 1 750 pesos, if I will minus the total income and the total capital, I will
get my total revenue for 4 weeks which was 950 pesos. In conclusion, my business is
successful though I encountered small problems I am glad that I was able to surpass it
and continue doing my business.
