SIMPLE RESOLUTION NO. 02

RESOLUTION ALLOWING THE STUDENTS OF PSE 373 TO REVIEW THEIR

NOTES BEFORE THE START OF THE EXAM FOR 5 (FI VE) MINUTES.

WHEREAS, the students will have multiple exams in just one day, making it stressful to review
for all exams on just one go.

WHEREAS, the students will not have any vacant schedule to review their notes due to
continuous exams.

WHEREAS, the reviewing of notes will always refresh the memories of the students therefore
remembering what lessons they have learned.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the representatives of

PSE 373 students, to allow the students of PSE 373 to review their notes before the start of the
exam for five minutes.

seventeen.

CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 07

CONCURRENT RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE GRACE PERIOD FOR THE CLASSES OF

PSE 313 AND PSE 373 FROM 15 (FIFTEEN) MINUTES TO 20 (TWENTY) MINUTES.

WHEREAS, a ¼ (one-fourth) of the total number of the students in the class of PSE 313 are
always late due to numerous reasons like traffic, previous subject exceeded it time limit, or
photocopying their handouts.

WHEREAS, the allotted grace period of 15 (fifteen) minutes is not enough not only for the
students but also for the professor for numerous reasons as well i.e. the professor came from a
place far from the school or the professor needed to attend to her other students.

WHEREAS, the students of PSE 313 will have more time to prepare for any quizzes, recitation
or group activity with a 20 (twenty) minutes of grace period.

BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the representatives of the students of PSE

313 and PSE 373, that the grace period for the classes of PSE 313 and PSE 373 be extended
from 15 (fifteen) minutes to 20 (twenty) minutes.

JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 09

JOINT RESOLUTION LEGALIZING THE USE OF SMART PHONES FOR ACADEMIC

PURPOSES DURING CLASS HOURS

WHEREAS, the use of smart phones has been practically used for reading text like articles,
PDF files, news, journals and mobile dictionary

WHEREAS, the students of this generation has their smart phones with them all the time,
making it easier to connect, get informed, and learn through the internet.

WHEREAS, the reading materials, notes, and reports are transmittable files which can be
shared using smart phones thus making it easy for the students to acquire such necessities for
their studies.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the representatives of the students of PSE 313 and
PSE 373, the use of smart phones for academic purposes during class hours is legal.
