At Vidyaniketan Public School, we firmly believe that English is a
global study and it is embraced by every community for speaking

literary texts that English has to offer.

 Par cipants need to record a video of their performance for the dura on

 Par cipants should specify their names, class/sec on, cumula ve number,
name of the play and playwright in the mail.
 The video should be a con nuous recording with a sta onary camera
and without any cuts or edits.
 Ligh ng must be taken care of so that your facial expressions are seen
clearly.
 Costumes and props may or may not be used.
 While developing the story the par cipants should pay a en on to the
proper usage of language, sentence structure, intona on, me frame,
conclusion.
 Students should take part in one ac vity only.

Task 02ⁿ August 2021 (Monday), 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm

 Par cipants should form a group of 4 students and inform their respec ve English teacher by 26 July 2021.

 Par cipants will be sent a zoom link, where they would be put into different breakout rooms according to their sec ons in
the presence of judges.

 They shall be given a scrambled storyline which they have to unscramble and develop a story with introduc on,
development and conclusion within 5 minutes.

 All par cipants should contribute to the development of the story.

 The story should consist of characters and values.

 The best group from each sec on will be selected and will be asked to perform in front of the judges.

 The finalists should choose a number from the grid displayed and develop the story from the given
scrambled storyline for 5 minutes.
