SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

THAT I, EDILBERTO G. PAGALANAN, JR., of legal age, Filipino Citizen,

with postal address at 023-A J. Luna St., Brgy 3 Ermita, Paete, Laguna have made,
constituted, and appointed ALMAR PAGALANAN ESCALL, also of legal age, Filipino
Citizen with postal address at C.M. Recto, Brgy. 4, Quinale, Paete, Laguna, as my true
and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to perform the
following acts:

1. To FACILITATE the processing of the renewal of my License to Own and

Possess Firearms (LTOPF) with the Philippine National Police (PNP)
having LTOPF ID No. 2016I-EGP43357-0;

2. To FACILITATE the registration of firearms with the FIREARMS AND

EXCLUSIVES OFFICE (FEO);

3. To MAKE, SIGN, EXECUTE, SUBMIT, and/or RECEIVE my

renewed/registered License to Own and Possess Firearms (LTOPF) ID
and whatever pertinent documents, papers and other writings required in
connection with the aforesaid renewal/registration;

4. To do whatever acts and deeds necessary to serve the above-stated

purpose/s;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and
necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully, to all intents and purposes, as I
might or could do if personally present and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my
said attorney in fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue thereof.
