1 . Giới thiệu chung

Tài liệu này hướng dẫn các bước cấu hình để sửa lỗi ONT không lấy được địa chỉ IP WAN sau
khi nâng cấp Firmware hoặc bật tắt thiết bị.

2 . Giới thiệu tính năng

Người dùng phải cấu hình bổ sung thêm QoS queue để xử lý vấn đề này.

3 . Chi tiết cấu hình

Trạng thái thiết bị không nhận được IP WAN của dịch vụ HIS ( trạng thái Connecting)

Hướng dẫn cách xử lý:

Bước 1: Vào mục Advanced Features -> Quality of Service nếu chưa enable thì enable lên
và Apply/save.

Bước 2: Vào mục Advanced Features -> Quality of Service -> QoS Queue nếu các queue
chưa được enable thì click chọn Enable và ấn nút Enable

Bước 3: Kiểm tra lại tình trạng kết nối của wan HIS ( trạng thái Connected).
