Following alignment between PMC and EPC on the prevailing wind directions for Block Valve Stations, EPC

Answer from OWNER:

EPC Contractor’s proposal is approved, however, distance from BVS 12 to TGS Kaduna is roughly 100 km while
the distance from BVS12 to Abuja IPS is only 85 km (approximately). Hence for BVS12 “West” shall be used for
the prevailing wind direction as it is closed to Abuja IPS.
