Consequences for breaking classroom procedures:

**In the case that a student does not comply, he/she will be subject to
one or more of the following consequences:
1. Warning
2. Meeting with the teacher
3. Call/email Home
4. Parent-teacher meeting
5. Meeting with principal

.
Attendance and absences:
Regular attendance is essential to every student’s success in this class. We will do many
Spanish-speaking activities in class that cannot easily be made up if a student is absent. Therefore
every student is expected to attend and be ready to participate. If a student has an excused
absence, he/she must communicate with the teacher about any missed work by checking the
weekly plan on Google Classroom. On Wednesdays, I will give students a short asynchronous
assignment to check for classroom engagement and attendance.
Additional steps the student can take:
● Attend office hours

Grading
The weighted percentage system will be used.
