4 ELECTRICAL
4-1 GENERAL DESCRIPTION
4-1-01 SCOPE OF WORK
The scope of work under this specification shall include the design,
construction, transportation of all materials, installation, commissioning and
testing of all electrical services as described in specification and drawings.
All required labours, materials, machinery, tools and other appliances should
be furnished by contractor.
The work shall be carried out completely, properly, satisfactorily,
continuously and expeditiously in all aspects including obtaining approvals
from Kahramaa ENA and Consumers Service Department.
The scope of work shall include the following but not limited to them:
- 11KV Switchgear and switch gear building
- 11000/415V transformer
- MSB/MCC switch brand consisting of transformer and generator
incomer and main pump starter.
- Variable speed driver units for main pump motors
- 11KV cabling and installation between 11KV switchgear to transformer.
- Single core PVC/SWA/PVC cabling and installation between transformer
and MSB/MCC switch board
- Cabling and installation accessories and connection to mechanical services
- Fire alarm system
- Portable fire extinguisher FM200
- Elect. & Control equipments for fire suppression system.
- Emergency Lighting system
- Earthing system.
- Building services
- Telephone system
The design and drawing preparation work of electrical system is only to be under
taken by Kahramaa’s approved consultant subcontractor, who is authorised to design
system without restriction of electrical load, the proposed subcontractors shall have
appropriate personnel and facilities for carrying out the task and he shall be subject to
review and approval by Kahramaa.
Toilets, corridor and pantries shall be provided with fluorescent luminaries to achieve an
average illumination level 250 lux. All luminaries shall be recessed type matching to
the ceiling and shall comply with the IP rating requirement of the respective areas.
Motor and Pump hall shall be provided with high bay enclosed luminaries with 250W
high pressure sodium vapor (HPS) lamps for operation on single phase, 240V, 50HZ
power supply to achieve an average illumination level of 250 lux by artificial
lighting. The luminaries shall be suitable for continuous indoor type service in an
ambient temperature of 50°C.
The luminaries shall be complete with pre-wired integral ballast and optical assembly
the lighting control of the pump and motor hall shall be through contractor, with
provision for switch from two entrance to pump house area viz, entrance from the
entrance/ lobby main external entrance. Exit lights shall be provided to all exits to the
ware house and shall have 8W fluorescent tube on maintained/non maintained operation
with backup power for 3 hours durations. Control room, M.V instrumentation and
entrance areas shall be provided with emergency lights having battery backup for 3
hours.
External areas of the pump houses shall be provided with security lighting with flood
lights on all corners of the pump house and on all the entrances. The external flood

All external lights shall be controlled from photocell/timer switch with manual over
ride facility. Power supply to the external lights shall be provided from respective
pump house/ distribution boards.
Pump house, shall be provided with twin 13A switched socket outlets, telephone,
computer outlet and three phase switched socket outlets.
All circuit breakers for use in incoming panels (Main and Generator) shall be 3- pole ,
air break, metal clad type in accordance with BS 4752 part 1 and IEC 157.
They should be capable of making and breaking short circuit faults.
All the breakers are withdrawable type.
The main and generator incoming breakers are motor operated type.
All contacts shall be silver plated and easily removable.
The breaker of main and generator incomer shall be interlocked in such a way that
only one breaker (Main or Gen.) shall be possible to put in connected position.
Auxiliary switches shall be provided where necessary to operate the above mentioned
interlocking system.
Each breaker shall be equipped with following projections:
A - Under voltage trip units shall be mounted on all breakers to provide the
protection against loss of system voltage. This unit equipped with a time delay (15
seconds) contacts 2 N/O + 2 N/C .
B -Over load protection system.
The adjustable range shall be possible for %50 to %100 breaker rating current.
C- Short circuit protection unit
All the breakers shall be provided by adjustable short circuit protection unit.
An overload lockout device shall be installed to prevent reclosing of the breaker
manually or electrically after the breaker has been tripped by the over load or short
circuit protection units. This device shall be manually reset by a spring return reset
push button. Adequate number of contacts shall be provided.
Motor starter shall comply with the requirements of BS587 and BS 4941 (IEC 292) and
starting contactors within the requirements of BS 5424 (IEC158). The motor starter shall
be of rating to carry the full load current of its rated duty and its most severe load
conditions. All starters shall be capable of at lease 20 starts per hour at 100% full load
torque. Each starter shall be housed in a separate compartment, main pump starter shall
be equipped with soft start unit for fixed speed pumps and DOL starter for variable speed
pumps.
a) 1No triple pole MCCB externally operated and interlocked with the cubicle
door. There shall be provision for padlocking in the Off position.
b) Suitable rated motor contactors.
c) Motor starter Test Switch to allow operation of the starter with no supply to
the associated motor 110V
d) 1 No 240/110V 50Hz double wound single-phase transformer with earth screen
and of suitable capacity to supply all control circuits and Pilot Lamp
requirements. The control and pilot lamp circuits shall be fused protected both
sides. The Transformer secondary shall be centre tapped and earthed via a
removable bolted earth link. The transformer primary shall be supplied through a
suitable rated fuse and neutral link via auxiliary contacts of the main fuse switch
with a suitably wired switch marked "Test" for the purpose of conducting
function tests to the control circuit whilst the main MCCB is isolated. The switch
shall be interlocked so as to prevent the closing of the cubicles door with the said
switch in "ON" position.
General
Variable speed drive system, (VSDS) shall be of high reliability and well provision design
and shall comply with all the international standards applicable for the VSDS Components.
It shall be complete drive system, with motor, static frequency converter and associated
control and monitoring equipment.
The entire VSD system/cabinet as described in this section shall be factory assembled and
system tested by VSD manufacturers factory, to assure a properly coordinated system.
Motor
Motor shall be three phase squirrel cage induction motors. The motor shall be of IP 54
enclosure, the motor shall comply with B. S. 4999 or equivalent standard. The winding
insulation of motor shall be class F to BS 2757 but the temperature rise shall not exceed
the limits applicable to class B insulation at the specified site ambient temperature.
Motor shall be continuously rated, duty type S1. The motor frame temperature during full
load running at specified maximum ambient temperature shall be low enough to keep the
motor body safety touchable.
Motor shall be provided cooling fan of metallic material. Plastic material shall not be
permitted.
Motor shall be equipped with anti condensation heaters. These heaters shall be connected
to 240V/50Hz supply upon stoppage of motor.
Motor stator winding shall be equipped with six temperature detectors (3 in use, 3 spare)
to be used for remote indication with set points for alarms and trips.
Motor bearings shall be equipped with temperature sensors to be used remote indication
with set points for alarms and trips.

The controller shall include a rectifier stage, d. c. current link with intermediate circuit
reactor and an inverter. The inverter shall be “Voltage source” type. The scope of supply
shall include all necessary control, measuring, indicating, protection and alarm
equipment required to complete the system.
The controller will accept the speed set value input signal of 4 – 20mA to vary the speed of the
motor in the nominal range specified elsewhere in the document.
The speed control system shall be equipped with speed and temperature monitoring, alarms and
trip circuits and adjustable electronic speed limit and interlocking switches required for
automatic pump start/stop sequence. Actual speed signal, alarms and trips shall be transmitted
to the control room. Actual speed shall also be transmitted to the starter panels.
A common Local/Remote mode selector switch shall be installed. The change-over from local
to remote must be bumpless.
In local mode speed shall be varied manually from the motor starter panel. In remote mode
speed shall either be varied manually from the control room/TCC or automatically.
The speed Controller system shall be equipped with but not limited to the following protections
and adjustment:-
Critical Speeds
Critical speeds of the VSDS motor and pump unit shall not lie within the operating speed range.

The total harmonic distortion under the most adverse operating conditions shall not exceed the
limits laid down in the UK Engineering Association’s Engineering Recommendation G5/3, or
other approved standards these limits shall apply both at the point of common coupling and at
other switch boards within the plant’s distribution system. If the calculated levels of distortion
exceed the limits laid down above, the contractor shall provide one or more harmonic filters to
reduce the harmonic distortion to a level to be agreed with the KAHRAMAA’s concerned
department. The harmonic filters (s) shall include power factor correction, where required or
specified.
Information shall be provided concerning the harmonics reflected on to the incoming 415V
supply and at the outgoing 3 phase AC supply. Oscilloscope print shall also be provided of the
AC output voltage wave form to guarantee that the reflected harmonics are within permissible
range.
X- TERMINALS
For incoming and outgoing power connections, the bolted type terminals with relevant brass
nuts and lock nuts shall be used. Partitions shall be provided between all phase terminals and
protection covers shall be fitted to all live incoming and outgoing connections.
For incoming and out going control wiring , the screw type pressure connection shall be
used. When more than one connector is required for each termination, jumper bars shall be
provided. All switchboards and motor terminal markings shall be clearly marked with its
circuit reference as given on the final schematic diagrams and drawings.
XIII- PAINTING
The painting shall be smooth, blemish free and durable. Before painting all external welds,
any rough areas shall be smoothed and all surfaces shall be clean and free of rust, scale and
grease. All internal surfaces shall have a minimum three coats of paint. The first shall be an
approved anti rusting priming coat and final coat shall be a gloss enamel. All external
surfaces shall have a minimum five coats of paint. The first shall be anti rusting priming coat,
two under coat shall be applied and two final coats of stove enamel paint gloss or semi-matt
paint shall be applied. The finished colour should be complied with BS 4800.
1- Electrical & Mechanical interlock between main incoming circuit breaker (ACB) &
relevant generator incoming circuit breaker (ACB) connected in common bus bar.
By A/M interlocking system each circuit breaker (ACB) could be connected, provided that
the next one be in disconnected position. In other words the system shall be so designed &
manufactured to prevent any risk of the simultaneous connection of circuit breakers.
The contractor shall submit all protective devices time/current characteristics as well as
discrimination schedule and shall select the protective devices, to provide the best selectivity
in the system.
XVIII- DRAWINGS
The contractor shall submit 3 sets of manufacturer detailed drawings, showing the layout,
construction, dimensions, weights and connections to the switchboards before manufacturing
unless otherwise instructed.
No manufacturing work is to be carried out until the drawings have the Engineer's approval
and also the state Electricity Department approval in writing.
II- CONSTRUCTION
These panels are metal clad, dust proof , free standing or wall mounted type and
rated at 500 volts. Distribution panels shall comply with BS 5486 part 11 and 12.
They shall be fabricated from steel sheet with minimum thickness of 1.7 mm . The
steel shall be zinc plated and shall have a minimum priming coat, under coat and
finishing coat of paint. The under coat and finishing coat shall be stove enamelled.
The doors shall be hinged type and shall be complete with non- deformable gasket,
catch and key- operated lock.
Each panel shall have a separate neutral connection bar and a separate earth
connection bar mounted inside the panel having the same number of terminals as
the number of outgoing circuits.
The three cores live, neutral and earth cores shall be connected to the same relative
position for each circuit, for example No.1 shall have the live connection to way
No.1 and the neutral and earth connections in the first neutral and earth terminal
respectively.
IV- FUSES
All the fuses shall be cartridge and HRC type and shall comply with BS 88. The
breaking capacity of fuses should be greater than full fault level at each point. It
shall be possible to change fuses with the live bus bars without danger of contact
with live metal. For each size of fuses the contractor shall provide %10 more as
spare. These HRC fuses shall form part of the fused switch where isolation is
required.
V- CONTACTORS
The contactors shall be manufactured and tested in accordance with BS 5424. The
numbers and ratings shall be in accordance with the distribution board diagrams.
All the contactors shall be used with MCB’s in distribution boards and with
MCCB’s in MCC panels in order to be protected against faulty currents.
The AC-3 duty type contactors shall be used for motor switching applications.
4-2-03 CABLES
I- GENERAL
A- Colour codes
The colour of conductors for different M.V alternating current circuits shall be as following:
1) Protective/Earthing conductor: green/yellow
2) Phase conductor of A.C single phase circuit : red
3) Neutral conductor of A.C single or three phase circuit : black
4) Phase R conductor of a three phase circuit : red
5) Phase Y conductor of a three phase circuit : yellow
6 Phase B conductor of a three phase circuit : Blue
The PVC material which used for insulation and over-sheath of cables shall meet BS 7655
and also the requirement of IEC 332 part 1 “Test on electric cables under fire conditions “
The conductors used in cables shall be of high conductivity annealed copper, which shall
meet the requirements of BS 6360.
The contractor shall provide the calculations regarding the size of cables and voltage drop for
each circuit. The contractor shall consider all de-rating factors such as ambient temperature,
grouping of cables, etc.
The maximum voltage drop shall be %2.5 from the origin of installation for each circuit and
also all the cables shall have the adequate fault rating capacity for each point which they are
installed.
B- Cables installation
Cables shall be installed in following methods:
1- Laid direct in the ground with protective covers.
2- Drawn into pipes or ducts.
3- Laid on racks or trays.
The cables which are installed in exposed areas that may be subjected to direct sun light, the
suitable sun shades shall be provided for protection of cables.
The cables arrangement and methods of laying shall be approved by engineer.
For three phase single core cables which are laid direct in the ground they shall be laid
touching one another in triangular form , the apex of the triangle upward unless otherwise
stated. In order to maintain the cables in triangular form they shall be tied together at 1.5m
intervals.
Where the control cables are laid under same cover and same trench as the power cables,
there shall be at least 300mm of fine sand between the two type of cables.
On the top of the second sand layer the contractor shall lay on, cable marker tape for each
cable. The tape shall be yellow and marked "Danger live cables" along tape.
These cables are non armoured cables and shall be used in conduit or trunking.
The insulation level shall be 450/750 volts and manufactured according BS 6004.
V- CABLE PROTECTION
The contractor shall consider the following protection provisions:
- Where the cables pass through floors, walls or when cables rise from ground, they
must be protected by galvanised heavy duty steel conduits.
-During the installation of cables, care shall be taken so that it is not scratched on sharp
surfaces which may damage cables.
-The cables shall not be left where it may be damaged by weight of tools or equipment.
-The cut end of cables or incomplete seals shall be sealed by sealing compound in
proper way.
All the cables shall be tested with a 500 volt insulation resistance tester when it is installed
and 24 hours after installation.
The cables in concrete (where approved) shall be tested immediately after the concrete is
poured.
The test result should be better than 1.00 MW between conductors and sheath.
Attention is also drawn to the 16th edition of the IEE regulations in connection with the
precautions to be taken to prevent the spread of fire.
III- CONDUITS
A- General
All the conduits and fittings shall be in accordance with following standards:
For metal conduits - BS 4568 part 1& 2.
For PVC conduits- BS 6099,BS 6053, BS 4607
In case of using metal conduits , only galvanised heavy gauge conduits, welded and screwed
shall be acceptable for general installations. For PVC conduits, only heavy gauge super high
impact conduit shall be accepted.
Conduit installations shall comply with KAHRAMAA Regulations.
The size of conduits and number of cables laid in, should be according table No.4 of
KAHRAMAA regulations.
Conduits and fittings which are found to be below the standards due to poor manufactured,
bad storage on site or poor workmanship shall be rejected from site.
To minimise the bending of cables, draw through boxes shall be used for cables greater than
2.5 mm2 cross-section . Where conduits are installed in straight routes, boxes shall be
provided at centres not greater them 8 meters and also on routes between two right angles

B- Fixing of conduits
The galvanised conduits in chases and below floor screeds shall be fixed by means of
galvanised spacer bar saddles fixed with sheradised screws in wood plugs in every 1.5 m
intervals.
The conduits installed on walls or ceilings shall be fixed by saddles at 1500 mm distance
apart.
All the conduits must be installed horizontally and vertically. Diagonal installations shall not
be accepted.
PVC conduits shall be installed in the same manner as required for galvanised conduit ,due
regard being made to good practice, manufacturer's instructions and the KAHRAMAA
regulations.
D- Flexible conduits
Flexible conduits shall be manufactured from steel sheet and finished with a PVC over
sheath.
All the cables which are connected to vibrating machines or removable items and motors
shall be protected and run by flexible conduits.
I- LUMINAIRES
The type & numbers of luminaires are indicated on the drawings. All the luminaires shall be
supplied and fixed complete with lamps, tubes, metalwork, glassware, diffuser, ballast and
power correction capacitor as applicable.
Luminaries shall be purchased after getting of engineer authorisation.
An individual fuse shall be provided for each fluorescent luminaires. For those luminaires
which do not incorporate fuse, permission and approval of the engineer shall be obtained in
writing before selecting and installing a fuse.

All luminaires shall comply with BS 5225 part1 and all control gear associated with each of
fluorescent luminaires shall be in accordance with BS 2818 and BS 4017 and shall be of the
instant start type.
The lamp holders shall comply with following standards.
The type and number of socket outlets and installed positions shall be according to the
drawings.
The socket outlets shall be wired in a ring circuit by using 4.0 mm2 cross-sectional area
conductors with PVC insulation. A conductor of cross-section 2.5mm2 shall be installed for
earth protection purpose. In damp and outdoor areas, the sockets shall be weather proof type.
The rating current of sockets shall be minimum 13 A. Socket outlets shall comply with BS
1363.
Type & size of conductors, breakers and circuit's numbers used are noted on the schedule of
distribution boards.
The fire alarm panel shall be wall mounted. Upon receipt of an alarm, the Control Units shall
perform the following actions:
a) Illuminate fire zone detector
b) Activate Alarm Warning devices within the Building
c) Operate Internal fire sounder
d) Operate Ancillary devices as appropriate Alarm warning . Devices shall be
deactivated by operation of the “Silence Alarms” switch.
The internal sounder will continue to operate and the Fire indicators remain until the key
switch controlled push switch is operated. This should only be achieved if the alarm
initiating device is no longer in alarm.
Reset of the Controller , after the fire incident has been investigated, will be achieved by
operation of the Reset switch The contractor shall provide additional interlocks between fire
alarm system and A/C system as well as fire suppression flooding installation. As soon as the
first detector initiate, the first stage of audible /visual alarm shall be actuated and shut down
command shall be sent to A/C & ventilation.
The operation of second detector from different zone shall initiate a second distinct
audible/visual alarm and after short time the curtains shall be dropped & operate the relevant
discharge valves automatically & consequently the CO2/ FM200 cylinders shall be
discharged.
After suppression of fire the FM200 extraction fans shall operate & extract the discharged
FM200.
The Contractor shall provide and add gas odoriser to the carbon dioxide to assist in the
detection of hazardous atmospheres and their effective ventilation.
All the power and control works regarding the A/M interlocking system and extraction fans
shall be considered in the scope of electrical works.
This system shall be performed for M.V switchgear room in pump house
The enclosures of panels shall be fabricated form sheet steel, minimum thickness 1.5mm and
shall be provided with a hinged lockable door Protection to at least IP54 shall be provided.
The fire alarm control panels shall comply with BS 5839 part 4 , 1988.
Alarm panels shall as a minimum requirement be equipped with the following:
a) Mains supply "on" indicator
b) DC supply "ON" indicator
c) DC Supply "Faulty" indicator
d) Alarm indicator for each zone
e) Alarm accept push button to acknowledge fire alarm signals, silence external
audible audible alarms and energise an internal bleeper unit
f) Reset push button to restore monitoring systems to the quiescent condition.
g) Integral sealed battery and trickle battery charger where appropriate
h) Alarm transmission facilities via the telephone alarm system
VI) TESTING
The Contractor shall be responsible for the costs of arranging for the specialist manufacturer
or his local representative to visit site, test and commission the completed installation and the
issue of a final test certificate. Prior to issuing the final test certificate the approval of the
local fire officer shall be obtained for the whole installation.
Calculations from the specialised firm shall be acceptable to prove that the proposed quantity
of the fire extinguishing agent shall be adequate to provide required concentration
recommended by the relevant British Standard, to put off fires.
The system shall be proved by actually discharging all the cylinders into the system by
simulating fire condition. The cylinders shall be refilled after the test.
detector shall initiate a second distinct audible /visual alarm after a short delay for
evacuation, operate the discharge valves.
Locks and switches shall be provided at all entrance doors to protected area to change the gas
release system from automatic to manual mode.
Break glass unit having key operated switch for manual release of fire fighting a agent shall
be mounted at all entrance to protected areas and shall be provided with a break glass
hammer `` Gas Release’’ labels in English and Arabic languages shall be printed on the
metallic protecting cover of break glass.
The following visual indicators(on Status Indicators)having labels in English and Arabic
languages shall be installed at all entrances to protected area to indicate the operational
models:
Automatic - Red
Manual - Green
Discharged - Amber
Area distribution valves shall have means of mechanically locking in a safe condition whilst
maintenance is carried out. The locking mechanism shall operate volt free changeover
contacts to initiate remote alarm. The following labels in English and Arabic languages hall
be installed near the mechanism:
III) DESIGN
The system shall be designed to provide minimum fire suppression medium storage
consistent with discharge within the correct time scale and concentration.
The contractor shall be responsible for proper design of fire alarm and fire fighting system.
The pipe work should capable of withstanding the max. cylinder gas pressure and there
should be a manual valve with lock and pipe work to exhaust the gas to atmosphere in case
of inadvertent release gas cylinders.”PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH” labels in English and
Arabic shall be installed on cylinder rack.
All cable trenches and other ducts and openings shall be sealed at the boundary of each
protected area .The following precautionary notices in English and Arabic shall be
installed at all entrances to protected areas:
i) LOCK WHEN LEAVING ROOM.
WHEN ENTERING THIS AREA SET GAS CONTROL TO MANUAL.
CHECK GREEN INDICATION LAMP.
IN THE EVENT OF FIRE RAISE THE ALARM RELEASE GAS.
ii) CAUTION
DO NOT ENTER UNLESS GAS SYSTEM IS LOCK OFF.WHEN
ALARM SOUNDS EVACUATE HAZARD AREA.

V) TELEPHONE OUTLET
The contractor shall fit telephone outlet box with a white plastic line jack unit , final
connection to be by Q-Tel .The pattern of line jack units to match those used for sockets and
switches etc.
4-3-08 BONDING
The bonding connections shall be in accordance with KAHRAMAA Regulations.
The metallic parts of following installations shall be connected to main earthing terminal by
means of main equipotential bonding conductors:
- Main water pipes
- Exposed metallic structure of buildings
- Service pipes and ducting
They shall be done very neatly and connection points shall be visible after installations .
The metal cases of switchgears, all metal clad or enclosed apparatus, frames of motors,
armouring of cables and metal conduits shall be electrically connected to main earth system.
The electrical impedance between the main switchboard earth conductor and any other part
of installation shall not exceed 1.0 ohm.
All the bonding conductor branches shall be tested for continuity.
All the earth conductors run underground or through walls shall be PVC taped or served
with corrosion resisting compound.
For indication of underground conductors and earth tapes, special marker tapes shall be
provided and laid directly above the cables after the trenches back filled.
These tapes shall be 300mm below the finished surface. The marker tapes shall be
manufactured from high grade polythene 150mm*0.1mm gauge coloured yellow with words
"Electrical cable below" along its length in English and Arabic
The Earthing installation shall be tested and an impedance value of 1.0 ohm or less to be
obtained.

V- NATIONAL STANDARDS

plant to be provided to KAHRAMAA.
Only original copies are accepted.
IV) "As Built" drawings shall also be supplied on CD format together with mother prints
on plastic film.
A- Full description of all systems , equipment and components with manufacturer name,
model number, rating, capacity , operating characteristics in conjunction with all relative
tables and curves.
B- The service manual for all equipment giving the operating and maintenance instructions
and for possible breakdowns and repairs.
C- The proposed manufactures spare part lists for each equipment and unit price lists.
D- Detailed and Simplified wiring diagram of the systems as installed, with reference
number, location and function of each instrument and electrical control item.
E- Detailed and simplified, as installed, control diagrams of all automatic controls with
reference number, location and function of each control instrument and description of
sequence of operation and interlocks.

4-5 STANDARDS AND SCHEDULES
4-5-01 STANDARDS
The standards referred to in this section are:
BS 67 Ceiling Roses
BS 4533 Luminaires
BS 4568 Steel conduit and fittings with metric threads of ISO form
for electrical installations.
Part1 Steel conduit, bends and couplers.
Part2 Fitting components.
BS 4607 Non-metallic conduits and fittings for electrical installation.
BS 4752 Specification for switchgear and control gear for voltages up to and
including 1000 Va.c. and 1200Vd.c.
Part1 Circuit Breakers
BS 4941 Motor Starter Voltage up to and including 1000Va.c and 1200Vd.c.
The current edition of the" Regulations for the installation of Electrical Wiring, Electrical
Equipment and Air Conditioning Equipment" as issued by the Ministry of Electricity
and Water for the State of Qatar together with all circulars issued by them shall take
precedence over all other Standards, Regulations, B.S etc.

C- The sets of Standards shall be provided and submitted to the Engineer at the
earliest opportunity. It should be noted that approval of some materials may
be with held, until the appropriate National Standards have been submitted.
The complete sets shall be submitted not later than twelve months after the
Contract start date or as otherwise agreed by the Engineer.
C- Features
All lighting levels shall comply with the recommended lighting levels as specified in
the C.I.B.S code for interior Lighting 1984 (chartered Institution of Building Services)U.K.
