 Light up auxiliary boiler to carry out availability check. Ensure all steam header drain valves are
open and the header is completely drained.

06:00 to 14:00 hr Start Aux. Boiler for HP steam line warm up and slowly charge the HP header.
- HP/IP/LP & Start up steam headers warm up & charging. Ensure all steam header drain
valves are throttled while slowly warming the steam headers for charging.
¨ Pull ST-85 -condenser vacuum for steam header charging.
¨ Pull Desal-L92 vacuum after HP/IP header charging is completed
14:00 hr - LP steam admission to DS-92. Line up and normalize blending plant for start up.

18:30 hr - Start GT-84 on CC mode, synchronize and load up for HRSG warming/startup
19:00 hr - Pull Desal-L93 vacuum
21:00 hr - LP steam admission to Desal-93
23:30 hr - After 2nd Desal distillate recovery, take the blending plant in service.

30.01.2021 (Saturday)

00:30 hr - Start CEST-85 auto start sequence for pre warming after Desal normal in service.
05:00 hr - Charge SW & establish flow through Desal -91 heat rejection section.
06:00 hr - Fill the evaporator & establish cold run of Desal-91.

07:30 hr - Start GT-81 on CC mode, synchronize and load up for HRSG warming/startup
08:00 hr - Fill the evaporator & establish cold run of Desal-91.
08:30 hr - Synchronize and load up CEST-85.

- As per water demand, Pull Desal-L91 vacuum

- LP steam admission to Desal-91

GT-83 shall be started on CC mode, as per system requirement.

Desal-L94 shall be started as per water demand following completion of annual maintenance.

Note:

1. Auxiliary boiler shall be kept in service as per operation requirement.

2. Water & steam quality shall be checked and cleared by chemist prior to admission.
3. Clean drain system shall be closely monitored during start up and alternative arrangements for the drain pit
draining shall be kept available.
4. HP, IP & LP steam headers shall be completely drained. IP/LP header drain valves to atmosphere shall be
open until the headers are pressurized to avoid overloading the clean drain system.
5. Following start up of each system the operators shall be instructed to monitor the plant parameters closely.
The local operators shall make regular rounds of the equipment to check any abnormalities.
6. DM water tank levels shall be maintained maximum and MBF shall be kept available.
