This will confirm our agreement for us to furnish professional services as contractor of the
aforementioned project with the following scope of work and corresponding fees;

1. ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN, SPACE PLANNING, AND INTERIOR

DESIGN PRESENTATION:
TOTAL AREA:
• Architectural Design
• Space planning PHP 15,000.00
> 50 SQM • Interior blow-up details
• Mood boards
• 3d models and Perspectives
• All Necessary details

TERMS OF PAYMENT:
50% - Downpayment ………………………………………………… Php 7, 500.00
50% - Last Payment (After final approval of designs)……………. Php 7, 500.00

This fee is payable by cheque or through bank transfer in the following account detail

- Three (3) respective design revisions.
- Project cost will be determined after the approval of overall design.
