 Successfully trained all special education staff (including transportation department) on CPI:
Passive restraint techniques, both verbal and physical interventions.
 Completed the state department Alternate Assessment test scoring for 6 years.
 Mentored new special education teachers and facilitated growth in classroom management
within all schools in the county.
 Worked cooperatively with school administrators on behavior support, teacher mentoring, and
student one-on-one support.
 Trained on ABA techniques and can successfully implement them to standards.
 Worked under school and board administration, and successfully completed all tasks that I was
directed to perform.
 Worked 5 years in self-contained Autism classroom, 1 year in middle school self-contained BD, 3
years as resource (co-teacher), and 3 years as a school counselor in the high school setting.
