As an active member of Kansas City’s culinary landscape, Episcopal Community Services is committed to transforming the restaurant industry to provide meaningful, sustainable employment
that allows for individuals to move towards self-sufficiency. KC SERVED (Sustainable Employment in Restaurants, Value-driven Employer/Employee Direction) is the first step in this work. Through
active engagement with the Greater Kansas City Restaurant Association, along with a growing network of other partners across the culinary, workforce development and social service sectors, we
are leading community-wide efforts to stabilize the food service industry and the lives of those who work in the sector.
