    Field Elementary School, Alicia West District, Alicia, Isabela, the herein Learning
    and Development (L&D) proposal entitled “School-Based Seminar on Continuous
    Improvement,” approving hereof, provided that

    a. the IATF-approved COVID-19 protocols are observed in the conduct of the


    said activity; and
    b. a training terminal report following the prescribed format be submitted not
    later than ten (10) days after the conduct of the said training.

    Said proposal can be implemented as planned.
