ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT IN SCIENCE

INTRODUCTION
Science is one of the core subject, it envisions the development of scientifically
technologically and environmentally literate and productive members of the society, it helps
the children achieve quality of education through efficient understanding of Science.
This accomplishment report designed for the assessment of achievement done by the
teacher as well by the pupils. It provides the activities on how the teacher accomplishes the
task of developing and achieving their goals.

I. Pupils Development
* Took Pre-Assessment test to diagnose pupils weakness and strength
* Answered RMYA, Summative test, Periodic test to evaluate learning proficiency
of pupils.
* Participated in YES- O and Election of YES-O Officers in School

II. Curriculum Development

*Administered Regional Periodic Test
* Utilized budget of work for every Grade
* Prepared teaching devices in Science
* Prepared Daily Lesson Log

III. Teacher Development

*Administered Pre-Test, RMYA and Periodic Test
*Attended District Science meeting
* Participated in Science Organization/ YES-O
IV. Physical Development
*Launched the school project PROJECT P.L.A.N.T.S ( Promoting Love and
Appreciation in Nurturing Tress in School) that promotes school improvement and
beautification, intensifies the relationship between school and stakeholders
* Monthly clean up drive participated by the brgy officials, parents teachers and
pupils headed by YES-O Adviser and Officers
* Continued and Developed the program Let a million Flowers bloom

V. Financial Development
* Money collected as a donation from YES-O Officers and members used in
making school project such as Repainting of Directory of YES- O Officers.
