1. Preliminaries - Greetings, Self-introduction, and Acknowledgement of important personnel
during the assessment, then Opening Prayer 2. Checking of Attendance - the signature of the candidates in their admission slip should match the actual signature in the attendance. 3. Self-assessment guide will be given to the candidate by the processing of the assessment center) The competency assessor gives the overview of the qualification to be assessed. 4. Orientation: > Explain the purpose of the assessment > Give additional information for their personal needs > Clarifications and other concerns > Dos and Don'ts during the assessment > Questions about the assessment results (in case the candidate will be announced NYC and wants to appeal) > Information of the issuance of the National Certificate > Reassessment Procedures > Occupational Safety and Health Requirements > Confidentiality of the assessment outcome 5. Provide instructions and give assigned numbers to the candidates. 5. Tell the candidates that the Tools and Equipments needed are already set and available to be used for the assessment. 5. Administer the assessment - Call the number of the candidate to enter to the assessment area/room. Let him /her read again the instructions. Ask the candidate if he/she has questions before you start the assessment. If the candidate has no further questions for clarifications, you can now set the time to let him/her start. 5.
