 Guidelines for Operation
In the event that data submitted in the EBEIS is
incorrect, the following procedures for correcting the
data shall be followed:
A. School Head has identified incorrect data
School Head informs the Division Planning Office and
requests for authorization to correct data in the system
He/she may also request DPO to modify data
He/she signs the re-printed GESP/GSSP reflecting the
corrected data

B. Division has identified incorrect data
Division Planning Office informs School Head
School Head changes data and re-submits online form and
re-printed and signed GESP/GSSP to the DPO
DPO may correct data upon approval of School Head
School Head signs re-printed form reflecting the correct
data
