Objectives:

A. Content Standards: The students demonstrate understanding of how Anglo-American

summarizing information, word derivation and formation strategies, appropriate word order,
punctuation marks, and interjections to enable them to participate actively in a speech choir

B. Performance Standards: The students transfer learning by actively participating in a


speech choir through using effective and verbal and nonverbal strategies based on the following
criteria: focus, voice, delivery, facial expressions, body movements/gestures, and audience impact

Procedure:
Session 1: The learners will generate ideas through brainstorming.
The learners will work with their partner and do ideation with him/her.

Session 2: Practical Spoken English Program

Session 3: The learners will research on their chosen topic based from their generated ideas.
The learners will be given some time to memorize the poem African Child
