 1. Why do you think operation management is the heart of every business?
Answer: I think operation management is the heart of every business because it controls
the entire operation if the products are made catering to the needs of the customers then,
they'll be sold at a rapid rate. Operations Management involves managing the
transformation to create products or services. Operations managers are responsible for
managing activities that are part of the production of goods and services. Their direct
responsibilities include managing both the operations process, embracing design,
planning, control, performance improvement, and operations strategy.
2. In your own language write why studying operation management is important.
Answer: Studying operations in BBA program gives me the opportunity to learn the
skills and tools needed to bring these innovations to life. Operations management gives
me the opportunity to increase the efficiency of the way of manufacture goods. I will also
able to improve the way of using my raw materials. The advantage of this is that I will
able to minimize losses.
