    1. Read the case of Pp vs NILA MALANA, GR. NO.233747, DEC. 5, 2018. It is impossible to answer the issue without
    reading the case.
    2. Supply the FACTS and DECISION.  The decision must answer the issue given.
    3. FACTS and DECISION should NOT be more than ten (10) sentences each. WORD FORMAT.

    Ability to identify and apply the legal principle with excellent logical presentation and appropriate use of the 9-10 points
    language of law.
    Ability to identify and apply the legal principle but with some infirmities in the logical reasoning and language of 6-8 points
    law.
    Unable to identify the legal principle but shows logical reasoning and good command of language of law in the 3-5 points
    answer.
    Unable to identify the legal principle with poor logical reasoning.  Defective use of the language of law. 1-2 points
    0 point
    No answer.  Yes or No answer without any explanation.
