Clause # 2.2:- Delivery with Unloading: (Applicable)

We will deliver & unload the material to your project site in “Royal Commission JUBAIL”.

After receiving & inspecting the material for correct quantity & quality only then receiver will sign the
delivery note clearly mentioning his name, sign & mobile no. as this delivery note will be the integral part
of all transactions

Clause # 2.3:- Delivery without Unloading (Not Applicable)

Clause # 3.0 :- Payment Terms & Conditions

Clause # 3.1 :- Cash/ Cheque/ E/Transfer – Before Delivery of Material (Applicable)

The payment should be paid in cash/ cheque before delivery of material. Upon receipt of payment NCF
Representative will issue the official receipt voucher
