ACTIVITY 5: “Let’s Organize”

DIRECTIONS: The Philippines has a huge problem as far as the environment is concerned. As a
responsible citizen, how would you resolve these problems to make those aesthetically pleasing.

1.Trash Disposal

Answer :There are several cost-effective ways to address the above problems, including the common
approach to 'Reduce, Reuse, Recycle'. Local communities need to be trained on this form of waste
management that deals excellently with wasteful waste. Techniques such as repairing a broken chair can
go a long way in countering the problem instead of buying a new one in addition to accountability, it is
essential for local authorities to adopt modern waste disposal, with gradual improvements such as
catching. But without the support of ordinary people reforming their waste management habits at
home, waste management will not be feasible. Although it's true that corporate waste often adds to the
overall waste that plagues our world, in the comfort of their own home, people may begin to reduce
their waste. It may take deliberate changes to their lifestyle, but if we want to see changes in the
amount of waste the average person creates in one day it was important.

2. Deforestation

Answer: Proper protocols for stewardship will go a long way towards reducing the harm caused by
deforestation. Stewardship requires oversight of logging operations to ensure that all land use
regulations, including ensuring the interests of landowners and indigenous peoples, are enforced. A
delicate balancing act is also required to prevent deforestation from harming the ecosystem while
helping farmers, loggers and others to benefit from harvesting forest products. The laws and regulations
relating to this subject must be followed in a very strict manner. And the most important thing we need
to know is to plant more trees instead of cutting them.

3. Traffic

Answer: The use of bicycles should be promoted. This approach leads to the reduction of urban
emissions and decreases private vehicle reliance. It can begin with the introduction of small vehicles,
such as motorcycles, in many instances. We can work on increasing bicycle roads, for example. We can
guide people to use bicycles, and we can take measures to fix this problem. Imagine going where you
want by breathing fresh air in the spring on a bicycle. Cycling is both a good tool for sports and a blessing
to get out of traffic. There are actually many ways to solve the traffic problem. It is the best way to
overcome this task, just for authorities and citizens to perform their duties.
