Aluminum Fins with S.S. Mesh


10.1
(Refer Spec's Section #5700)
Providing, Fabricating and fixing of Aluminum fins (Colour /
Sample as approved by the Architect) made up of 150 mm x 75
mm x 2.5 mm thick box section @ 225 mm c/c (vertically) to be
fixed with outer edge of RCC slab, including S.S. Mesh (grade
304) as shown on drawing, including Stainless steel screws /
spacer bar / Aluminum angle & cober, etc. Complete as per
Drawings / Details, Specifications and as directed by the
Employer / Architect / Engineer.

i. Car Parking Floors (B2, B1, LG, P1 to P6) SM 2,360

Railing with Laminated Tempered Glass.

Providing and fixing laminated glass balustrade using 24mm thick


(12mm + 0.76 pvb + 12mm) tempered laminated clear glass with
chamfered edge to be fixed with 47.5mm x 112mm x 1.5mm thick
aluminium U - channel system (as per manufacturer's
Specification) having 32mm x 40mm x 1.5mm thick powder coated
aluminium top trim including all necessary hardware and fixing
arrangements. Complete as per Drawings / Details, Specifications
and as directed by the Employer / Architect / Engineer.

Double Glazed Windows / Doors (with Curtain Wall Section)

Providing and fixing Double Glazed Aluminum Fixed / Openable
Windows and doors with thermal break made up of 8mm thick
clear tempered (Guardian SunGuard HP Silver 35 or equivalent)
outer layer + 12mm Air space + 6 mm clear tempered glass inner
layer to be fixed with aproved colour Engineered Profile/System,
6063-T5 Alloy (Curtanin wall section) of 150 x 50 x 2.5mm - 6mm
thickness both for Mullion and Transom. Mullion to be fixed to
Aluminum Angle at top and bottom in size 76 x 56 x 6mm thick on
each side of the Mullion bolted with S.S grade 316 bolts and
washers and all this system to be connected with two high
strength Structural Bolts (one on either side). Transoms to be
capped properly anchored with anchorage plates, junction plates
etc. including weather sealant / backer rod / EPDM gaskets /
thermal break and all other necessary hardwares (including door
hardware) and fixing arrangements. Complete as per Drawings /
Details, Windows Schedule, Specifications and as directed by the
Employer / Architect / Engineer.

10.8 Full Height Double Glazed Aluminium Curtain Wall / Doors

Providing and fixing Double Glazed Aluminum Curtain Wall and


doors with thermal break made up of 8mm thick clear tempered
(Guardian SunGuard HP Silver 35 or equivalent) outer layer +
12mm Air space + 6 mm clear tempered glass inner layer to be
fixed with aproved colour Engineered Profile/System, 6063-T5
Alloy (Curtanin wall section) of 125 x 63 x 2.5mm - 6mm thickness
both for Mullion and Transom. Mullion to be fixed to Aluminum
Angle at top and bottom in size 76 x 56 x 6mm thick on each side
of the Mullion bolted with S.S grade 316 bolts and washers and all
this system to be connected with two high strength Structural
Bolts (one on either side). Transoms to be capped properly

S.S patch fittings with all necessary fixing arrangements,
Complete as per Drawings / Details and as per Manufacturers
Specifications and as directed by the Employer / Architect /
Engineer.
