I, the undersigned, hereby authorize the Council for Regulating the Practice of
Engineering Professions (CRPEP) in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and / or any
delegate(s), to verify the correctness of information and documents attached to
my application (and /or any related document(s)).
Therefore, I fully confirm the followings:
- That I have read, understood and will abide to the contents of Law (51) of
2014 with respect to regulating the practice of engineering practice.
- That all individuals or entities requesting or using this information are
released from any liability arising there from, and I pledge that the copy of
this letter shall be true and faithful.
- The attached academic degrees are obtained from genuine and recognized
universities, and that they are not forged in any way.
- All attached documents are true and identical to their origins, and that they
are not forged in any way.
- All provided details related to my personal and contact details, which include
email(s) and mobile phone number(s) are my own and in line with provided
details in Engineer’s License application.
- I undertake to provide any document(s) requested by the Council and to
respond to all their inquiries to properly evaluate my application and to verify
the origin of the attached documents.
- I will continue renewing my license annually as long as I continue working in
the Kingdom of Bahrain.
- I am a full-time engineering practitioner and shall not combine such
profession with any business profession. A confirmation from Ministry of
Industry, Commerce & Tourism is attached for the said purpose.

And that In case I failed to cooperate with CRPEP or any of the submitted
documents proved to be unauthentic, CRPEP reserves the right to act in a way it
deems appropriate, in accordance with Law No. (51) of 2014 with respect to
regulating the practice of engineering professions, its Executive Regulation and all
applicable resolutions.
In case of any discrepancies between the Arabic and English wordings herein, the
