‫الستكمال الطلب‬
As soon as the request is received and reviewed by TMIQEC, Coordination with factory will be
occurred for a site visit to collect needed samples for approval.
‫تستغرق أعمال املراجعة واالختبارات مدة أقصاها أربعة أسابيع من تاريخ زيارة املصنع‬
Revision and approval process takes maximum four weeks from the date of factory visit.
Requirements
Factory Approval:
First: Approval Request Attachments
Make sure that you attached the following with your request
1. An approval request letter for the products showing
the purpose of using & source and its type.
2. The official Licenses.
3. An origin certificate of the imported materials
includes (delivery number –material source – quantity
–delivery date – the approved authority stamp).
4. Papers of Implementation for the material and its
specifications as well as standards and tests applied
on the materials.
5. Quality control plan.
6. A topographic layout for the factory location
7. The results of testing for the product done by a
certified laboratory or an ISO 17025 laboratory and
all the tests international standard Numbers should be
attach.
Second: Procedures
1. An appointment will be schedule for the visit to view
production lines and storage.
2. The laboratory will be visited to make sure that it
contains all the required apparatus for product testing
3. Make sure that there is a qualified technical crew,
which have the knowledge about sampling and testing
of the samples
4. Samples will be collected and tested at the factory
Lab. (if possible)
5. Additional samples will be collect to be test at the
Ministry laboratory or an ISO 17025 certified
laboratory
6. After confirmation that the test results meets the
standard specifications, trial sections will be
scheduled according to the product type and will be
monitored for making researches and experiments to
ensure the compatibility of the product
7. After confirmation that there is no problems appeared
during and after construction, an approval letter will
be submitted from the General Quality And Standards
Department showing the product name, application
technical details, and the letter will be valid for two
years.
Forth: Before factory visit by TMIQEC for qualification
and mixing, Factory team should verified that all MOT
requirements about products requirement and how system
work and all apparatus are available and calibrated

‫ شهادة منشأ للمواد املستوردة تشمل (رقم الشحنة – مصدر‬.3
)‫املواد – كميتها – تاريخ التوريد – ختم الجهة املعتمدة لها‬
‫ األوراق الخاصة بتطبيقات املواد ومواصفاتها واالختبارات‬.4
.‫واملواصفات الفنية املطبقة على املواد‬
.‫ خطة ضبط الجودة‬.5
.‫ مخطط طبوغرافي ملوقع املصنع‬.6
‫ نتائج الفحوصات علي املنتج من مختبر معتمد او حاصل على‬.7
‫ ويتم ارفاق مرجعية االختبارات الي املواصفات‬17025 ‫االيزو‬

:‫ثانيا االجراءات‬
‫يتم تحديد موعد الزيارة لالطالع على خطوط االنتاج والتخزين‬ .1
‫يتم زيارة املختبر للتأكد من توافر األجهزة املطلوبة لفحص‬ .2
‫وضبط جودة املنتج‬
‫التأكد من توافر الكادر الفني وإملامه بأساليب أخذ واختبار‬ .3
‫العينات‬
‫سحب عينات وعمل االختبارات الالزمة بمختبر املصنع (إن‬ .4
.)‫أمكن‬
‫يتم سحب عينات لعمل اختبارات بمختبر وزارة النقل أو مختبر‬ .5
.17025 ‫معتمد أو حاصل على االيزو‬
‫بعد التأكد من مطابقته للمواصفات املطلوبة يتم الترتيب لعمل‬ .6
‫مقطع تجريبي حسب نوع املنتج ويتم متابعته لالستفادة من عمل‬
.‫التجارب واألبحاث لنوعية املنتج ومدي مالئمته وكفاءته‬
‫بعد التأكد من عدم وجود أي مشاكل اثناء أو بعد التنفيذ يتم‬ .7
‫إصدار خطاب اعتماد للمادة من قبل اإلدارة العامة للجودة‬
‫واملقاييس موضحا فيه اسم املادة والتفاصيل الفنية‬
‫الستخدامها ويكون خطاب االعتماد ساري ملدة سنتين من تاريخ‬

‫ قبل زيارة املصنع من قبل مركز االبتكار والجودة والبيئة واجراء‬:‫رابعا‬
‫التقييم والخلط يفضل أم يقوم املصنع بعمل أكثر من خلطة للتأكد من مدي‬
‫جاهزية نظام الخلط وتوافر األجهزة ومعايرتها ومطابقة درجة األداء ملتطلبات‬
‫الوزارة‬
