Good day!
I am Mr. Mengelito C. Almonte, a Philippine registered Mechanical Engineer, born on May 16,
1970 in Quezon City, Philippines with passport number EC6460687. I live at Block 9 Lot 15,
Metroclark Homes, Mawaque, Mabalacat, Pampanga, Philippines.

I would like to express my intention to go to your country the Federal Republic of Germany to
get “Job seeker Visa “ and look for work as a Piping Design Engineer. I have noted that
Germany has many vacancies for this type of position especially those with 3D Computer
modeling application skill and experience with big manufacturing plant design, engineering,
and construction projects.

This year , I have not renewed my job contract from a local company here in the Philippines.I
instead focused my attention to be with my family at home and plan to start freelance jobs
together with my daughter who is an Architect.. However, when I learned about this “ German
Job Seeker Visa” program ,I got very excited and immediately look for ways to avail of this
program.I know that Germany has one of the best labor conditions in the world and the
country is not only beautiful but possesses a very high standard of living.The chance to work
and legally live permanently with my family over there will be a dream come true for me.

I believe that I am qualified in the Geman labor market because I do have the skills and
experience as required. I have attached my CV as well as sample of Jobs being posted by
German companies that are exactly within my expertise. For more than 20 years I have been
trained and worked on many Oil and Gas projects in countries like Japan , USA, South Korea,
among others. I am a team player and been in senior positions where I had a chance to work
closely with people of other countries on many projects. I have been recognized and been
promoted as a result of that.I have attached some recognition certificates with this letter as
proof.

I will only be in Germany for the intention of finding a job and in fact I am already setting up
German recruiter connections in my Linkedin Social media page so it will be easier for me
when I get there.I do have sufficient funds to cover my stay in Germany for 6 months as
shown in my attached bank statements.In addition to that, I am undergoing German language
lessons to increase my chance of getting hired and be able to assimilate quickly with the
German culture. In case where I may not be able to find a job within six months, I will honor
my obligation to go back to my country. I have no prior records of over staying in all the
countries that I have been to either when I was working or when I was only visiting.
