The class started by showing a presentation of new food vocabulary,
including, dairy products, junk food, drinks, breakfasts and so forth. After
that, I asked Mari to repeat all the word for learn their pronunciation and
memorize them. Then, I explained to her when to use there are and when
to do it with there is. I also taught the meaning of countable and
uncountable nouns and how to build sentences with them and the words
Class
“a”, “an” and “some”.

At the end, we did two activities: a listening where she had to look a fridge
picture with products and numbers and she had to match them with the
correct audios, and another task about completing the sentences in each
case with a, an and some taking into account the first word’s letter sound.
