CALO STREET, BARANGAY OBRERO, THIS CITY, ON MAY 4-5, 2013 FROM 4:00 A.M. TO 5:00 P.M., IN CONNECTION WITH THE LEGAL DRAG RACE AND MOTOR SHOW SPONSORED BY UNITED BUTUAN BIKERS ENTHUSIASTS (UBBE), AND FOR OTHER PURPOSESPage two SP Ord. No. 4183-2013, contd, Be it ordained by the Honorable Sangguniang Panlungsod of Butuan City in session assembled and by authority of the same that: SECTION 1. A portion of Salvador Calo Avenue, specifically from Saint Vincent Petron Station to the comer of R. Calo Street, Barangay Obrero, this city, shall be temporarily closed from all types of vehicle on May 4-5, 2013 from 4:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., in connection with the Legal Drag Race and Motor Show sponsored by United Butuan Bikers Enthusiasts (UBBE). SECTION 2. The Land Transportation Traffic Management Office and the Butuan City Police Office, are hereby tasked to implement this Ordinance in coordination with the United Butuan Bikers Enthusiasts and must see to it that all the necessary traffic signs and traffic enforcement officers are in place immediately prior to and during the implementation of this ordinance, for public safety. SECTION 3. Any untoward incident, damage or destruction that may occur during the holding of the activity shall be the sole responsibility of the organizer, and shall maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the area before and after the said activity SECTION 4. The activity organizer is required to pay a road closure fee of One Hundred Pesos per hour (P100.00/hr.) at the City Treasurer's Office prior to the issuance of a Special Permit. SECTION 5.
