Bernabe - Member The meeting was called to order at exactly 5:50 in the evening. SP ORDINANCE NO. 3976-2012 AN ORDINANCE CLOSING TEMPORARILY FROM ALL TYPES OF VEHICLE A PORTION OF JOSE C. AQUINO AVENUE, FROM THE CORNER OF A. D. CURATO STREET TO THE CORNER OF R. CALO STREET, ON NOVEMBER 17 TO 18, 2012, TO GIVE WAY TO SOME PREPARATORY WORKS IN CONNECTION WITH THE HOLDING OF THIS YEAR’S MILO MARATHON 36™ BUTUAN CITY ELIMINATION RACE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES ge two SP Ord. No, 3976-2012, cont’d. SECTION 1. A portion of Jose C. Aquino Avenue, from the comer of A. D. Curato Street up to the comer of R. Calo Street, shall be closed temporarily from all types of vehicle from 11:00 o'clock in the evening on November 17, 2012 to 4:00 o’clock in the morning on November 18, 2012, to give way to some preparatory works in connection with the holding of this year’s Milo Marathon 36" Butuan City Elimination Race. The Organizer shall be responsible in keeping cleanliness and sanitation in the area during the activity SECTION 2. The Land Transportation Traffic Management Office (LTTMO) is hereby tasked to enforce this ordinance in coordination with the City Engineer's Office. It shall cee to it that signs, barricades, and appropriate lighting devices during the night are properly installed in the enforcement of this Ordinance. It shall likewise see to it that upon completion of the activity the subject portion of the road shall be immediately opened to motorists. SECTION 3. The Organizer is hereby required to pay a Road Closure Fee of One Hundred Pesos per hour (P100.00/hr) at the City Treasurer's Office prior to the issuance of a Special Permit for the marathon. SECTION 4. Motorists who shall violate this Ordinance shall be imposed an administrative fine of One Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P1,500.00) for every violation aside from shouldering the cost of the damage(s) which such violator(s) may have caused.
