CURATO STREET UP TO CORNER OF ESTER LUNA STREET, AND ESTER LUNA STREET UP TO CORNER SAN JOSE STREET ON APRIL 20, 2013, FROM 1:00 A.M TO 9:00 A.M., AND HALF-LANE CLOSURE OF J. C. AQUINO AVENUE FROM CORNER OF ESTER LUNAio. 4184-2013, cont'd, STREET UP TO JOSE ROSALES AVENUE (TO CITY HALL AREA) FROM 9:00 A.M. TO 10:00 A.M., OF THE SAME DAY, TO BE USED AS VENUE OF THE “5K FREEDOM RUN IN BUTUAN CITY” SPONSORED BY THE PEOPLE POWER VOLUNTEERS FOR FREEDOM (PPVF)- CARAGA, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES Be it ordained by the Honorable Sangguniang Panlungsod of Butuan Gi session assembled and by authority of the same that: SECTION 1. A portion of J. C. Aquino Avenue, specifically from corer of A. D. Curato Street up to the corner of Ester Luna Street, and Ester Luna Street up to the corner of San Jose Street, shall be temporarily closed from vehicular traffic on April 20, 2013 from 1:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M., for the setting up of the assembly area and registration; and half- lane closure of J.C. Aquino Avenue from comer of Ester Luna Street up to. Jose Rosales Avenue ( to City Hall area), from 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M., of the same day, for the fun run in connection with the holding of a SK Freedom Run in Butuan City sponsored by the People Power Volunteers for Freedom (PPVF)-Caraga. Attached is the 5-kilometer Race Route. SECTION 2. The Land Transportation Traffic Manageme the Butuan City Police Office, are hereby directed to draw alternative routes of vehicular traffic flow, in coordination with the 5K Freedom Run organizers, and shall sce to it that adequate signs shall be installed and traffic enforcers shall be assigned at the above said areas during the holding of the said activity, for the convenience and safety of the public. It shall likewise sce to it that upon completion of the activity the subject portion of the road shall be immediately opened to motorists. Office (LTTMO) and SECTION 3.
