FLORES AVENUE, FROM THE CORNER OF LOPEZ JAENA STREET UP TO THE CORNER OF ROSALES STREET, FOR THE HOLDING OF THE “NIGHT CAFE” EVERY FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY, FROM 6:00Page two SP Ord. OF THE FOLLOWING DAY UNTIL NOVEMBER 30, 2013, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES Be it ordained by the Honorable Sangguniang Panlungsod of Butuan City in session assembled and by authority of the same that: SECTION 1. SP Ordinance No, 3856-2012 is hereby amended, by temporarily closing back from all types of vehicle half-lane (northbound) portion of G. Flores Avenue from the comers of Lopez Jaena Street up to the corner of Rosales Street, for the holding of the “Night Café” every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, from 6:00 P.M. to 2:00 A.M. of the following day until November 30, 2013. SECTION 2. The Land Transportation Traffic Management Office (LTTMO) is hereby directed to implement this Ordinance. SECTION 3. Any Ordinance or portion thereof found inconsistent with any of the provision hereof is hereby repealed, amended and/or modified accordingly.
