SP ORDINANCE NO. 4206-2013 AN ORDINANCE TEMPORARILY CLOSING FROM ALL TYPES OF VEHICLE A PORTION OF NORTH MONTILLA BOULEVARD SPECIFICALLY THE AREA IN FRONT OF YAMAHA PREMIO STORE ON JULY 5 AND 6, 2013 FROM 7:00 A.M. TO 5:00 P.M., TO GIVE WAY TO THE CONDUCT OF SERVICE CAMPAIGN PROMOTION DUBBED AS “YAMAHA @ UR SERVICE” BY THE YAMAHA MOTORS PHILS., INC., BUTUAN BRANCH, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSESPage two SP Ord. No. 4206-2013, cont'd, Be it ordained by the Honorable Sangguniang Panlungsod of Butuan SECTION 1. A portion of North Montilla Boulevard, specifically the area in front ‘of Yamaha Premio Store shall be closed temporarily from all types of vehicle on July 5 and 6, 2013 from 7:00 am. to 5:00 pm., to give way to the conduct of service campaign promotion dubbed as “Yamaha @ Ur Service” by the Yamaha Motors Phils., Inc., Butuan Branch. SECTION 2. The Land Transportation Traffic Management Office (LTTMO) in coordination with the PNP-Traffic Section, shall assign traffic personnel to implement and oversee the said road closure at the above-specified time and area, and to install adequate traffic signs for the safety, guidance, and convenience of the general public. SECTION 3. Any untoward incident that may occur during the holding of the activity shall be the sole responsibility of Yamaha Motors Phils., Inc., Butuan Branch. SECTION 4. The requesting party is hereby required to maintain orderliness, cleanliness and sanitation during and after the said affair. SECTION 5. The Yamaha Motors Phils., Inc., this city, is hereby required to pay a road closure fee of One Hundred Pesos (P100.00) per hour to the City Treasurer's Office SECTION 6. Violators of this Ordinance shall be imposed the administrative fine of One Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P1,500.00) for every violation, aside from shouldering the cost of damage(s), which such violator(s) may have caused.
