TO 12:00 NOON, IN CONNECTION WITH THE HOSTING OF A SUPREME COURT NATIONWIDE PROGRAM DENOMINATED AS, “ENHANCED JUSTICE ON WHEELS” BY THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT OF AGUSAN DEL NORTE AND BUTUAN CITY, TO BE HELDPage two SP Ord. No. 4205-2013, cont'd, AT CAMP RAFAEL RODRIGUEZ PRO-13 AND DONA YNEZ EVENTS VENUE, THIS CITY, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES Be it ordained by the Honorable Sangguniang Paniungsod of Butuan City in session assembled and by authority of the same that: SECTION 1. Junctions of Butuan-Bonbon Road up to Libertad crossing are hereby temporarily closed from all types of vehicle on July 5, 2013 starting from 8:30 A.M. to 12:00 noon, in connection with the hosting of a Supreme Court nationwide program denominated as “Enhanced Justice on Wheels” to be held at Camp Rafael Rodriguez. PRO-13 and Dofia Ynez Events Venue, this city. SECTION 2. The HosUOrganizer of the said activity, in coordination with the Land Transportation Traffic Management Office (LTTMO) and the Butuan City Police Office- Traffic Section, are hereby tasked fo implement this Ordinance and is hereby directed to draw alternative routes of vehicular traffic flow, shall see to it that all the traffic signs are properly installed and traffic enforcement officers are assigned in strategic areas prior to and during the said activities, for the convenience and safety of the public. It shall likewise see to it that upon completion of the activity the subject portions of the road shall be immediately ‘opened to the motorists. SECTION 3. Any person who violates this Ordinance shall be penalized with an administrative fine of One Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P1,500.00) per offense, aside from shouldering the cost of damages, if there will be any.
