Introduction
Background of the Study

In this generation, this world is full of

improving and innovating gadgets to make the work
easier as they expected. By using computers, laptops,
smartphones, they are easy enough to use by doing
works like saving data, storing files, and also you
can have a backup files when you accidentally delete
some of your data.
We planned to innovate an old form into a new
and innovated system. The Student Portal is a
web portal where all information and all services
that students need can be found in one place. This is
where you can find your grades, some information about
the student, and also we added some features that
doesn’t have from an old form. In fact, we recommend
this system for instructor to make their work easier
and for the better world we are in.
The study of this research is important. Some
of the forms are not enough information. This program
was conducted for improving and developing the
existing old form into a new and innovated form we
made.
 Theoritical Framework
According to Vangie Beal, a Student Portal is
a commonly used phrase to describe the login page
where students can provide a user name and password to
gain access to an education organization's programs
and other learning related materials. For example, a
learner who has enrolled in an online certification
program may use a student portal to access online
course materials, such as articles, lectures and
videos, hosted on the school's servers. Student
portals may be used to provide information about the
school, special events, course details, calendars,
academic resources and contact information.

Scope and Delimitation of the Study
This research entitled “Student Portal System
in Arellano University”. It is a computerized system
to easily check your grades and some informations.
This system will work without any permission of an
Administrator, but there is a limit of using this
system for guesses. This system is to improve the old
form and develop the design of an old form or system.
