The following steps will be observed by the researcher:

a. Obtain permit to conduct the study


b. Coordinate with the administrator of the respondent-school
c. Process and evaluate the obtained data

Obtain permit to conduct the study. The researcher wills secure the permit to
conduct of the study from the Schools President through the dean of the respondent-
school. The permit contains the objectives of the study.

Coordinate with the administrator of the respondent-school. The researcher will


coordinate with the dean and Instructors of PE 1

Process and evaluate the obtained data. To assess the data the following
assessments will be followed.

1. THE THREE MINUTE STEP TEST (Cardio respiratory endurance)
