1. Identify 2 or 3 stressful events or activities that you can modify or eliminate.
The two stressful events or activities that I can modify or eliminate are the headache and
blackout. For me, these two things a just only happens one time at the moment and my severity
to this was just moderate only. It means that I don't feel stress much about those things though
I'm feel annoyed but I can control it.
2. Identify the positive and negative coping strategies.
The positive coping strategies are when I identify the source of my stress and become
aware of it, when I change my negative thoughts into positive and also, when I pray. On the
other hand, the negative coping strategies are when the idea that I think was not help me to ease
the stress that I feel and I just more stress about it.
