JOB DESCRIPTION
The practice of recruiting, hiring, deploying, and managing an organization's workers is known as
human resource management (HRM). Human resource management (HRM) is a term that is
frequently used interchangeably with the term "human resources" (HR).To perform well in this role
you should have experience as an HR manager, or other senior roles in the HR team, and knowledge
around all legal requirements in this role.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES


 Retaining top talent on a regular basis.
 Ability to draft, maintain and implement company policy and procedures
 Execute complete recruitment process from job description preparation, posting ads to
managing the selection process, induction and orientation
 Full execution of employee termination/resignation process including clearance and exit
interviews
 Devising morale boosting activities to encourage, motivate and engage employees
 Performing Annual Performance Management and Evaluation process
 Direct disciplinary procedures in accordance with company policy
 Maintain attendance records and overall attendance/leaves related matters of employees
 Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements
 Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other
issues

EDUCATION
 Bachelor's degree and/or MBA in Human Resource preferred
 Hands on experience with MS Office suite
 Strong written and oral communication skills
 Experience in an IT company would be a plus

REQUIREMENTS
 Experience in human resources or related field.
 Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
 Experience in educating and coaching staff.
 Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
 Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
 Ability to give presentations.
 Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
 Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
 Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
 Self-motivated, well organized, assertive and self-starter
 Confidential and professional in character
 Strong confident nature and ability to interface with leaders

WORKING CONDITIONS
ENVIORMENT Human resources managers usually work in a pleasant office setting. So You
spend a great deal of time interviewing people, talking on the phone, and in
meetings. You must work well with people.
HOURS You have to work for 9 hours per day. 10 am to 7pm
SALARY 80,000
Bonus 25,000
