and fresh water for yourself and up to five others each day, provided that the land offers
berries, small game, water, and so forth.

RANGER (REVISED)
• Natural Explorer: You gain the following combat benefits:
- You ignore difficult terrain.
- You have advantage on initiative rolls.
- On your first turn during combat, you have advantage on attack rolls against creatures
that have not yet acted.
You gain the following benefits when traveling for an hour or more:
- Difficult terrain doesn’t slow your group’s travel.
- Your group can’t become lost except by magical means.
- Even when you are engaged in another activity while traveling (such as foraging,
navigating, or tracking), you remain alert to danger.
- If you are traveling alone, you can move stealthily at a normal pace.
- When you forage, you find twice as much food as you normally would.
- While tracking other creatures, you also learn their exact number, their sizes, and how
long ago they passed through the area.

could take to persuade it not to attack.
- You may spend 1 uninterrupted minute of concentration to sense whether any of your
favored enemies are present within 5 miles of you. You learn which of your favored
enemies are present, how many, and their general direction and distance in miles from
you. You can learn this information for multiple groups of your favored enemies.
• Ability Score Improvement/Feat: Level 4
• Beast Conclave Feature (Companion's Bond): Your animal companion uses your
proficiency bonus (+3), and additionally adds it to its AC and damage rolls. It gains
proficiency in two skills of your choice and all saves, gains HD and HP when it levels, gains
Ability Score Improvements when you do, and benefits from both your Favored Enemy
features.
• Beast Conclave Feature (Coordinated Attack): When you use the Attack action on your
WEAPONS, ARMOR, & COINS 16 turn, if your companion can see you, it can use its reaction to make a melee attack.
