office workers, local resident and even cyclist. As a newcomer in the milk tea market, SissyTeaV seeks to come up with products that will
distinct our competitors, a product that provide satisfaction, high quality taste and new variety of milk tea.

We first began our milk tea shop as a way to profit from our passion and provide others in our town with a safe place to relax and share a few

The brand name of the business comes from one of the most used endearment nowadays which is Sissy, Tea because tea is our main
product and the V in the brand name was actually don't literally mean letter V, it represents number five(5) written in Roman numeral form.
We've come to this idea because we are five(5) business partners who helped each other to create the business.

Our business will target residents in Camiling, Tarlac. The prospected costumers are students, local residents, office workers and even
cyclists. We will spread our coverage of marketing through the help of social media. As a newbie in the business, competition is to be countered
through friendly and respectful disposition of the personnel.

that suitable with your friend to have a place that you can talk and have a great time to each other. Even office
workers that need place to do their work can go in our shop because it has a WiFi that you can use to do your
unfinish work and have some more tea to while doing it.

The business will have start-up of Php 224,550 including building renovations, purchasing raw materials
equipment and business permits. In every month inventory of sales and stock will be monitored be aware in
budget funds needed in a month.

PRODUCTION PLAN
As a profit generating business, we chose the location that is not only well-known, but also accessible by the
costumers. With this location we will capture our target market. We also make sure that the location has full
access to electricity, water, and transportation. The business will start with two hundred fifty (250) milk tea cup
good for one day, and will be adjusted by peak season.

Cashier- The cashier will be the one who will collect the income of the business from the
customer who pay the products.
Barista- the person who is responsible in preparing millktea in the business.
Waiter- the person who serves our customers order
Cleaners- responsible for cleaning the floor and also washing all equipment we use .
