1. Based on the Learning Style Inventory on page 12, what is your dominant learning
style? Support your answer.
- Kinesthetic learning, because prefer to trying things or do it by my self
and trying to figure out something by self or in short I like performance
based learning style.

2. What is the relationship of this adult learning in your future career in teaching?
- adult learning can help me in my future career in Knowing how adults tend
to learn, you can tailor corporate training programs to take advantage of qualities
adult learners have like their eagerness to learn relevant material, their need to
connect with experience, and their motivation to improve themselves.
3.How important is transference in adult learning?
- The importance of transference in adult learning is it helps as learners being
more motivated in our studies. It gives hints how we can manage those types of
learning styles in our future career. As a student I made my goals therefore can manage
my self being more focused on my studies and I can fully adjust myself to those
challenges in my career soon.
