The Education Department, DNH has directed all schools to reopen for Secondary &
Senior Secondary classes. We are planning to start from Monday, August 16 2021 for
Std.IX to Std.XIl. We are sending a consent letter via Whatsapp/ NLP. You are hereby

requested to submit a handwritten or printed consent letter duly signed by both the
parent. The form will be accepted only when it bears the signatures of father &mother
In case it is not possible to have the signatures of both parent, then you need to furnish
a letter to school stating the reason for the same.

Dear parents

As you are aware Government of India is


following a phase -wise unlocking of activities for students of classes
IX to XIll on a voluntary basis
for taking guidance from their teachers. The school has decided to start regular
classes with staggered timing of entry & exit with limited strength for Std. IX to Std. Xll students. Various
generic precautionary measures will be adopted in addition to specific measures before permitting students to
attend the above mentioned classes. Students of Std. IX & X will attend classes from Monday to Friday and Std.
XI& XIl students will attend on Monday to Friday & all Saturdays except second Saturday. ( refer Annexure A)

Preventive Measures & Instructions

The students will stay in the school campus only for 3hrs.
Physical distancing will be strictly followed as per the guidelines.(6 feet apart wherever feasible)
Use of face mask is mandatory.
Students will use alcohol based sanitizers.
They will strictly practice covering their mouth & nose while coughing & sneezing.
Students will not share anything like stationery items, water bottle etc.
They will stick to their allotted place in the classroom & the lab. They will avoid mingling with
classmates outside the classroom as well.
Students will follow the instructions of the teachers religiously making the place safer for all
including entry & exit rules.
Parent will fill in the letter of consent before sending the student to school.
In case the child is unwell she/he will not attend classes.
Students will go through thermal screening immediately after reaching school.
Students will not bring eatables/ tiffin to school & parents will see to it that they take proper
breakfast.They will bring their water bottles.
Students living in the containment zones will not be allowed to attend the school.
Students will come in proper school uniform.
Two wheelers will not be allowed for students.
Students will leave school immediately after the classes.
