prepare the marinated chicken (3min) prepare the coating, mix the flour, 2 teaspoon of
ground pepper and salt to taste (2min) roll the chicken
in the coating (3min)

cook until the coating is crispy (2min)

after coating, set


aside the chicken and prepare to heat the oil
(3min) put the chicken in the oil. set the fire to
medium (4min)
serve the Crispy Fried chicken (2min)

Buttered Chicken

*prepare the marinated

heat up the pan then put oil (1min) *put the


chicken once the oil starts boiling (2min) cook until
golden brown (8min)

do it until the chicken is completely coated (5min)


*set aside the cooked chicken (3min) *in
another pan, melt the butter and once the
butter melts put again the chicken *coat the
chicken with the butter (5min)
